Throughout my career, I’ve learned to appreciate everyone’s unique skills and perspectives, engage people in meaningful ways, and create positive workplace culture. I’m known for my dynamic and approachable coaching style...but I’ll also tell it like it is!

Over the last 20 years, I’ve had opportunities to work in a variety of industries as a leader, human resources professional, and organizational development expert. I’ve led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion functions as well as recruitment and human resources training events in the technology, healthcare, legal, and entertainment industries. I’ve shared my skills with businesses of all sizes, working in both the U.S. and Latin America.

When I’m not working, I enjoy baking cookies and other goodies with my daughter,  spending time with my European Doberman and American Bulldog mix, and fine-tuning my skills singing and playing a variety of instruments!

Ultimately, my passion is developing purposeful strategies to work with people of all backgrounds and identities.
