STEM Advantage is a nonprofit organization providing science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) students within the California State University system with access to mentorship, internships, development, and career opportunities. The California State University system is the largest and most ethnically diverse 4-year public university system in the nation, where over 50% of the student body are people of color.

Fem the Future provides young women and girls with the resources and support they need to overcome the challenges of growing up in under-resourced communities of color. The organization expands the world of opportunities and supports/creates after-school and summer enrichment activities that increase exposure and access to a variety of careers.
